We want your order to reach you without a fuss. Here's what to expect.

When will my order ship?

Orders are fulfilled within 2 to 3 business days before dispatch. We process orders Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

How long will delivery take?

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are as follows:

• Metro areas: 3 to 5 business days
• Non-metro areas: 5 to 7 business days
• Remote areas: may take a little longer

Delivery dates shown at checkout and in your order confirmation are indicative. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. As we work with third-party logistics partners, actual delivery may be earlier or later than estimated. Delays may also occur during peak seasons or due to circumstances outside our control.

All products within a single order must be delivered to the same address. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you before confirming the order.
