Return Policy

We hope you never need this. But if your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you.

Email indiacare@nerahskin.com within 12 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. Beyond this window, we're unable to process complaints as our shipping partner's timeline closes. Please send returns in the original box and packaging, if not, the shipment will be returned back to you.

Returned products must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging. Opened, damaged, or used products will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Product arrived damaged

We're sorry to hear that. Email indiacare@nerahskin.com with your order number, full name, contact number, and a video and photo of the damaged product. We recommend recording before you open the box it helps us resolve things faster.

Received the wrong product

That's on us, and we'll make it right. Email indiacare@nerahskin.com within 12 hours of delivery with your order number, unboxing video, and photos. We'll arrange a pickup and get the right product to you.

Payment methods

All major debit and credit cards. UPI including Google Pay.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel, do it within 2 hours of placing your order or before dispatch whichever is earlier. Email indiacare@nerahskin.com with your order ID and we'll sort it. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refund timeline

Allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to reach us. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Refunds may be issued as store credit valid for future purchases, or returned to your original payment method subject to your bank's processing times. The applicable option and validity period will be communicated at the time of processing. We reserve the right to delay the refund until the returned product has been received and inspected.

Only orders that have been paid for by the customer are eligible for a refund. Replacement shipments sent at Nerah Skin's expense do not constitute a new purchase and are not eligible for reimbursement under any circumstances.

Replacements and returns

We accept replacements and returns only for products damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered. No other return reasons will be accepted.

Replacements are for the same product only exchanges are not permitted. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

Nerah Skin reserves the right to withhold or delay refunds for accounts with repeated cancellations or a history of questionable transactions.
